Sprint.. Sprint... Sprint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is very hot..

I went to stadium and check a thermometer.

It stands at 37 degrees C!!
Just to sit down and watch training, I sweated....
Imagine..... how hot it is......

















About training today, It seems phisical training...
They run around field ... 5round x 2sets..
and ... Sprint! Sprint!!! Sprint!!!!

Training report @Jurong East Stadium

Our Albirex team starts training after 2days off for next home at Jurong East Stadium..

I have heard our coach yell that "This pass can't make it in a game."...

He was fixing and re-confirm passing among players.
